When Contact Method Changed To 'Mail', And Province Is Left Empty, You Cannot Save Details for Belgium (Doc ID 2417314.1)

On Internal Career page, if an employee changes the contact method to Mail and Province field is empty, this change cannot be saved.

Four Country Belgium, there is a validation for Province, that doesn't allow the user to save the change if Province field is empty.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as applicant and navigate to Self Service > Recruiting > Careers
2. Click ‘My Contact Information’
3. Select ‘Mail’ as contact method. As you can see, Province is left open.
4. Click Save.
5. Message pops up. You’re not able to save contact information.
