EAR 9.2 - SETID not defaulting for Multi-Item Update in Collections Workbench

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Collections Workbench

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SET ID is has been set to blank, giving no values in the look-up

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
SET ID shouldn't be set to blank

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Main Menu > Accounts Receivable > Collections Workbench
2. Search for few items and select Multi Item Update in the item action and hit Go
3. Set ID in the lookup is coming as blank.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Multi Item Update in the collections workbench.
