ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
LAST_UPDATE_DTTM & OPRID_LAST_UPDT are updating on completed transactions when the Save button is selected, even when no modifications to the data have been made. Accounts Receivable > Payments > Direct Journal Payments > Modify Accounting Entries
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Last Update fields should only change when the data is actually modified.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Accounts Receivable > Payments > Direct Journal Payments > Modify Accounting Entries
2. Access a transaction that is Complete and Posted to GL
3. Save
4. View Last Update as today's date and current user
