E-AWE: HCM 9.2 Approval Tile Shows Count Of 0, And Pressing Tile Results In 'You have no pending approvals at this time'

Symptoms

On :  Approval Framework Workflow (AWE) - Fluid Approval Tile

After upgrading to HRMS 9.2, PUM 23, the Fluid Approval Tile shows Count = 0 and when pressed results in 'You have no pending approvals at this time.'  This occurs when there clearly are Approvals pending.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to HRMS 9.2, PUM 23,
2. Submit Approval.
3. Log in as Approver, under Manager Self Service.
4. Observe the Approval Tile has count of 0
5. Press the tile, and see message; You have no pending approvals at this time.
