Cobol remote call test fails with the following error.  The PTPDBTST process runs successfully via the scheduler.


Application Program Failed
 Action Type     : SQL CONNEC
 In Pgm Section  : SQLRT:GG100 SQL-CONNECT                            
 With Return Code: 00404
 Error Message   : SQLRT: Unable to connect to database: PSTST1

Impact:

PeopleSoft application uses cobol remote call for several processes that provide application functionality e.g benefits administration, pay confirm etc.   If the remote call test fails, that indicates that none of the remote called processes will run.
