Symptoms
Getting a Component Interface failed error when trying to create a COBRA non-Employee
The COBRA emplID is not being created.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Created a COBRA event for an employee and their dependents
2. On the COBRA Manual Entry page, enter the required dependent information and Click Save and Add Next.
3. Received message of Empl ID creation. Pressed OK
4. Another message -- Component Interface failed to save the JOB_DATA component. (3000,746).
