CM: Effective Dating On Investment Pool Participant Transaction Not Working

Symptoms

The effective dating on the participant accounts is not being used when doing a participant withdrawal.


ERROR

Withdrawals not allowed against the deposit account. (13520,2032)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Navigate to Cash Management > Investment Pools > Participant Information and add a new effective dated row for 1/1/2018 (below) and save.

2. Navigate to Cash Management > Investment Pools > Participant Transactions and add a new withdrawal transaction dated 2/4/2018 (below) and save.

3. Error message received: Withdrawals not allowed against the deposit account. (13520,2032)
