Issue with Attachments for Contract Entry Page when using Server Type as URL (Doc ID 2419052.1)

We have setup file attachment setup with Server Type as URL to pick URL type and has subdirectories defined for components for Contracts, Amendments etc Below are the two issues happening

1) While creating new amendment in contract ID the file is going into subfolder called "DocMaint" and Inserting new row into PS_PV_ATTACHMENTS table with file details.

This should have ideally also inserted the subdirectory information in SERVER_PATH field of above table. ie SERVER_PATH for the above file should be now"/DocMaint".But this not getting updated .Hence when we try clicking 'View Amended Documnent" button system thinks that file is in parent directory as SERVER_PATH is blank which is actually not the case, Hence getting error Cannot locate file (10420,336).

2) In Contract Entry Page go to Edit Comments> add an attachments. The file goes to sub directory as per setup. But when trying to view , the system is not taking the url under URL definition set up in administer File Attachment page, instead it consider the name of URL itself as the actual path which is not correct. This is happening at delivered code.
