Benefits Administration Rounds Up FSA Pay Period Deductions Which Can Cause The Maximum Annual Contribution Amount To Be Exceeded For Payroll Interface

When a payroll interface employee for semimonthly pay frequency elects an FSA annual pledge of the maximum allowed, the per pay period deductions round up so that the annual pledge exceeds the plans maximum annual contribution amount.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payroll interface employee elects FSA annual pledge of 2650 on an OE event
2. Finalize open enrollment event
3. Review the Spending Accounts Enrollment page to see the employee contribution amount = 110.42
110.42 * 24 = 2650.08 which is over the maximum annual pledge allowed.
