Symptoms

Express Item Entry Displays Wrong Item Description for Multiple Req Lines

STEPS

when entering requisitions with multiple req lines, using Express Entry (eProcurement > Requisition > Express Item Entry), a wrong description displays by having the same Item Description (instead of the individual descriptions) for the items on many of the requisition lines. Screenshots are attached to the case for a five line requisition. The five lines were entered by doing the following:

1) Line 1 – Elastic search on Item description
2) Line 2 – Elastic search on Item ID
3) Line 3 – Express Item Entry
4) Line 4 – Express Item Entry
5) Line 5 - Recently Ordered Item

  Line 3 (different item id) has the wrong description by having the SAME description as line 2. Lines 4 and 5 are correct.

Once the Add button is clicked, the wrong description is showing when hovering over the shopping cart, even before clicking on the Checkout button and going to the Review and Submit page.
