RTI process calculation error due to not considering the EMP_RCD_ACUM

For example,
If an employee is terminated on 30t June and a backdated entry had been keyed in to make the employee active for one more day. Now on the same day (30th June) the employee turned into Pensioner.
In payroll calculation we can see employee Gross NIABLE Accumulator is getting calculated correctly based on the Retro entry. However, while calculating the RTI it simply picks the MAX (SEQ_NUM8) without considering the EMP_RCD_ACUM field.
Because of which the calculation done for Gross NIABLE accumulator value is calculating wrong and fetching the value for calculation from Pensioner instead of Employee.
The issue happens in the following SQL , GPGB_RTI_PRC.RTI Acum.Step03
