E-nVision: 'psodbccrinst.exe' Name Has Been Changed To 'psodbcinst.exe' Starting to PT 8.56

When attempting to run nVision reports after a new installation, the following error occurs.
"peoplesoft peopletools DSN is missing in ODBC data sources while running nvision. Quit nvision, run psodbccrinst.exe and relaod nvision".
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Personal PS/nVision Homepage
2. Run the nVision reports
3. The error occurs
