SQL Error When Sourcing Event Using Copy From Requisition Function (Doc ID 2420902.1)

When sourcing an event by searching for a requisition line, a SQL error occurs

"A SQL Error Occurred. Please consult your system log for details".
Error in PeopleCode ScrollSelect processing. (2,213) AUC_CREATE.Copy.Online.OnExecute Name:buildCopyFromSQLWhere PCPC:8459 Statement:120
Called from:AUC_CREATE.Copy.Online.OnExecute Name:processCopyFrom Statement:829
Called from:AUC_CREATE_COMP.GBL.AUC_HDR_WRK.AUC_HDR_COPY_PB.FieldChange Statement:3

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Sourcing > Create Events > Event Details> Click Add
2. Enter an Event Name, then Select “Requisition” in the Copy From drop down and click the Go button
3. On the Enter copy Criteria, under the Select Criteria: Enter the Business Unit and then Select “Req Line” in the Select Lines drop down and click the Search button.
4. After clicking the search button, a SQL error message displays - "A SQL Error Occurred. Please consult your system log for details".

Due to this issue, users cannot add new events lines from a requisition
