Symptoms

Attachment stored in File Repository is not getting deleted after deleting Expense Report

Configuration
Configure File Attachments using a ftp

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the FSCM Online Application as User ID VP1
2. Create Expense Report for KU0021 and add attachement
3. Save for Later
4. Check file in PS_PV_ATTACHMENTS - File exists
5. Delete Expense Report - Transaction in deleted

Actual Result
File still exist in PS_PV_ATTACHMENTS

Expected Result
Files should be deleted from ftp after deleting transaction.
