IAM Gen By Student Enrol Does Not Work for Students with Multiple APTs

AM: IAM Gen by Student Enrol does not work for students with multiple APTs
If a student has multiple APTs, the IAM Gen by Student Enroll process fails with No Success even though your query returns one row for the student. It works successfully with students with single APT or no APT
Even If a student has multiple APTs, the IAM is successfully created using the Filtered Selection in IAM Batch Generator using Student Enrollment page.
If you use Filtered selection for the same student the system just creates the enrollments.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment - Individual Activity Manager - IAM Gen using Student Enroll
2. Use the query for population selection (Students have more than one APTs)
3. Run the SSR_IAM_ENR process
4. The process fails and the error appears in the Message Log
The issue has the following business impact:
All Undergraduate students will have University Advantage Award courses attached as an addition to their usual program /plan stacks and they will have a 2nd APT attached
Therefore customer cannot use this process at all for our students.
