ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

HCM 9.2 “Expiration Notifications” Application Engine process issues

When executing the “Expiration Notifications” Application Engine process, no email notifications are generated for users in the provided user list. Also, the User List prompt on the run control page shows all user lists available when the AE SQL and PeopleCode only supports “Role” based User List.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The "Expiration Notifications" process should generate email notifications for users in the provided user list.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administration> Personal Information> Expiration Notifications
2. Complete all necessary data and click Run
3. Complete all necessary data in the Process Scheduler request, and click OK.
4. Once process runs to success and posted there are no email notifications generated for the user in the user list.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run the expiration notifications process to send notifications about expired items.
