Symptoms

STATEMENT:
=========
Absence request failed - Negative number assigned to TRANSACTION_NBR_AT field
Based on Selective Adoption, applied the below Bug IDs to HCM demo environment for Fluid attachment support on Absence pages.
Bug IDs: 27589448, 26876082 and 25107887. Or in HCM 9.2 PI 26 cumulative environment
When try to submit an Absence Request, it is throwing error message as shown in the attachment and not getting submitted.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.From Employee, click on Time Tile
2.Try to submit absence request.

Due to this issue, users unable to submit absence request
