EMM: Use Business Day on multiple basis dates projecting erroneous dates

The projection dates on these multiple basis dates to project extremely erroneous dates in PUM28.  based off Peoplebook documentation that this checkbox simply causes the PM Schedule to not generate a work order on a weekend or a holiday, however we have found that this is actually being accomplished with the Go next or prior business day field. The PM Schedule will not generate a work order on a weekend and will skip to the next business day regardless of this box being checked. With this box checked it seems the PM process is actually simply just counting only business days as days until the next PM is due. In testing you see if Use business day is checked for a MMBU on a PM Loop Schedule which is scheduled to generate 365 days from it's last basis date, it will not generate a PM 365 days from then. Rather it will project a next PM date several years into the future.
