For Life plan recording, Employees are creating

a.  multiple dependent records of themselves or their estates

b.  multiple beneficiary records of themselves or their estates

and neither is being prevented by the system.

1. in eBenefits or through Benefits Administrator, create a dependent or beneficiary record with the same demographic info as the employee
2. save the record
3. the dependent or beneficiary record is saved successfully
