EAM: Unable to Open Periods After AM BU Ledger Group and Ledger Update (Doc ID 2422154.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version 27, Setup

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After AM Business Unit update we are unable to Open Periods for the New Ledger Group. The LEDGER_GROUP value remains unchanged on the PS_FIN_OPEN_PERIOD and PS_FIN_BU_LGRP_TBL Table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting FIN_OPEN_PERIOD and FIN_BU_LGRP_TBL LEDGER_GROUP to match the updated Ledger.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Add new Business Unit
2) Update the Ledger.
3) Try to update the open period for the AM BU.
