EBI9.2: How Project Chartfields (PC BU, PROJECT ID, ACTIVITY ID) Are Defaulting?

Goal
Question1:
Could you please confirm that BIPRELD should pull project id from PS_BI_LINE_DST, if DST_ID is blank and PROJECT_ID is not blank?
Currently, BIPRELD pulls project id from PS_BI LINE_DST and update PS_BI_ACCT_LN_STG DST_ID, when DST_ID is not blank in PS_BI_LINE_DST, as can be seen in BIPRELD trace- step: BIPRELD.LDLNSTG.UPDREV2, otherwise BIPRELD pulls project id from PS_BI_LINE.
It seems that Doc ID: 1274201.1 did not cover the scenario when DST_ID is blank in PS_BI_LINE_DST.
Question2: Is the hierarchy of getting project chartfields as: Distribution Code --> Distribution Line --> Bill Line ?
- Distribution Code - navigation path is: Set Up Financials/ Supply Chain/ Common Definitions/ Distribution Accounting/ Distribution Code
- Distribution Line - navigation path is: Billing/ Maintain Bills/ Standard Billing - "Revenue Distribution" tab
- Bill Line - navigation path is: Billing/ Maintain Bills/ Standard Billing - "Line - Proj Info" tab
Question3: Could you please confirm that PROJECT_ID is the only chartfield which will be impacted in the fix and that no other impact on other chartfields?
