On : 06 version, Lift Utility

When using Lift utility to lift an FSCM 9.2 Oracle 12c demo database and choosing the option to upload manually i.e. " Create and save DPK in APP/DB environment", the utility errors out as shown



Error in opening and writing to OCI config file

python /u02/xxxxx/setup/../administer/




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Perform a local lift of a FSCM 9.2 environment on Oracle 12c database and choose the option to upload the DPKs manually

2. Observe the error as reported
