Search for an applicant always returns a score of zero using elastic search
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When doing a search for an applicant, rows are returned from a keyword search but the value in the score field is always zero.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The score should reflect how close the applicant matches the search. If applicant matches all criteria then they should score 100%.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to search applicants
2. click keyword tab
3. enter a common word and press search
