On : 8.56 version, Upgrade

When attempting to define the DEMO environment in Change Assistant, the following failure occurred:

ERROR

Fail to test User ID/Password: Database connection error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Change Assistant
2. Define the database environment
