New Vesting Record Is Inserted for Employees even if No Change in Vesting Percent

Symptoms
An employee gets a vesting row the first time service is run for them in periodic processing. After that, when the process is run using an employee list, the employee gets a new row every time service is run whenever an
employee earlier in the employee list is getting a new vesting row.
This can create multiple unnecessary vesting rows.
STEPS

1. Run Periodic Process for Service for a list of employees (Navigation: Pension > Periodic Processes > Request Process).
