ESS Address - Country Change Doesn't Refresh Page (Doc ID 2424104.1)

When multiple countries use the same EO_ADDR_DFT_SEC page in the country install page, when changing the country on ESS Address page, the country doesn't always refresh the page to reflect the setup.

The country should always refresh the page to reflect the setup when you change the country on ESS Address page

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Person has an existing Taiwan address, which displays all 4 address lines. Navigate to Main Menu > ESS > Personal Details > Addresses
2. Adjusted the setup for Aruba to show only 3 address lines. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Install > Country Table > Enter Country as ABW > Disable ADDRESS4 field and Save
3. When changing the country from Taiwan to Aruba ,Address4 should disappear but it doesn’t
