Slow Performance Talent Profile Manager Approval
When an Employee Submits a Talent Profile for Approval the Entering it is Quick; However when the Manager Attempts to Approve the Request Spins for a Long Time. Once the Manager is Able to Review the Request, after Using the Approval Button, it takes a very Long Time to Finish.
The Process to Submit and Approval an Employees' Talent Profile should not Take a Long time to Complete Processing.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee uses Self Service > Talent Profile
2. Adds New Information and Submits for Approval
3. Manager Logs Into Application > Clicks on Approval Tile
4. When the Manager Click on the Person Profile to Approve – it Takes about 33 seconds to Open the Next Page
5 When the Manager Clicks on Approve – Green Button it takes Another 36 Seconds before the Approval is Complete, at times it Takes Longer.
