Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After a Candidate Gateway session hits the configured Inactivity Timeout, the web server returns the user to the original page.
The user clicks View Jobs but receives an error when selecting a job from the available listing.

ERRORS

"Job Opening #<Job Number> is not longer available "
"We are sorry, the job(s) you have selected is no longer available. "
"Please select another one."

"You have not entered any search criteria. (18175,151) "
"You have not entered any search criteria, so a default search has been conducted and the 100 most recent results are displayed."

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure new Candidate Gateway Sites A and new Recruiting Source A associated with CG Site A.
    CG Site A - Recruiting Source A
2  Create JO 9999 and Post to Recruiting Source A
3. Connect to Candidate Gateway Site A: Careers > View All Jobs
4. Let the session meet the Inactivity Timeout (as specified on the Web Profile > Security Tab)
5. The session is returned to the Site A Careers main page.
6. The original JO 9999 is not listed.  Instead a different universe of JOs is listed.
7.  A popup error is displayed

"You have not entered any search criteria. (18175,151) "
"You have not entered any search criteria, so a default search has been conducted and the 100 most recent results are displayed."
URL is not changed: http://servername:port/psp/SITEID/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/HRS_HRAM.HRS_APP_SCHJOB.GBL?Page=HRS_APP_SCHJOB&Action=U&FOCUS=Applicant&SiteId=##

8.  Search for JO 9999 gives the error " not found"

Because of this issue, users must close their current session and login again.
