Escalation Calendar Functionality Issue for Adhoc Paths (Doc ID 2425784.1)

Symptoms

Environment Setup 
1) Budget Checking is enabled for Purchasing 
2) AWE Workflow for Requisition is enabled with Escalation Calendar/TimeOutOptions 
3) Definition Level TimeOut Option set to Advance Approval 
3.1) Stage 10 Path 1 Details setup for Advance Approval 
3.2) Stage 20 Path 1 Details setup for Notify Participant (set to 999 days) 


Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1) Create a Purchasing Requisition (UXXX5/23) 
2) Click Save 
3) Click Budget check icon to BCheck the Requisition, Click Submit icon to submit Requisition for Approval. and save the Req 
4) Click View Approval link. Add two Adhoc Approvers on existing Path, Also click Start New Path and Add two Adhoc Approvers 
5) check IB error is generated for sub contract Service Operation: EOAW_ESCALATION 
6)  Review AWE records rows not added to EOAW_USER_ESCAL table for any Adhoc Approver 


IB Error: 
Message#1 
No approval process of id  is registered with the system. (18081,1046) 
EOAW_CORE.DEFN.AWTxn.OnExecute  Name:InitById  PCPC:8724  Statement:100 
Called from:EOAW_CALENDAR.MESSAGE.UpdateEscalation.OnExecute  Name:OnNotify Statement:13 


Message#2 
Attempt to call abstract method/property OnError of object class 
PS_PT:Integration:INotificationHandler. (180,845) 


Additional Tests 
-------------------- 
#1 Test adding aditional Adhoc Approver to the above Requisition IB error is observed 
Review AWE records rows not added to EOAW_USER_ESCAL table for the added Adhoc Approver 


#2 Test Addition of Adhoc Approver prior to submitting Requisition for Approval 
1) create Purchasing Requisition (UXXX5/24) 
2) Click Save 
3) Click Budget check icon to Budget Check the Requisition 
4) Click View Approval link. Add two Adhoc Approvers on existing Path, Also click Start New Path and Add two Adhoc Approvers 
5) check IB no error  is generated for sub contract Service Operation: EOAW_ESCALATION 
6)  Review AWE records rows not added to EOAW_USER_ESCAL table for all Adhoc Approver but only for two Approvers (A & B)
