E-PIA: There Is No Progress Indicator When Running Batch Processes (Doc ID 2426106.1)

 After an upgrade to 8.56.09 there is an issue where some pages that allow you can initiate a batch process (Matching, Journal Generate, etc).  Prior to the upgrade, when the user runs the Journal Generator process from the Voucher Regular Entry and they chose the option to wait for it to finish, they would see a Progress Indicator (spinning wheel) in the upper right and corner of their screen.  Now after having upgraded, the progress indicator no longer appears on the screen and the End Users don't know if the process is actually running, or if they need to try again which can be problematic.
