Goal

SCHEDULE QUERY WHEN RAN IN TXT (CSV) FORMAT CONVERTS "32E00" TO EXPONENTIAL FORM 

Issue with PS Query output when ran in csv format. Schedule query when ran in txt (csv) format converts "32E00" to exponential form.

Run a query to Web - TXT output and open the csv file in Excel, the value '32E00' shows as "3.20E+01".
