E-PN: Approval Framework Push Notification On iHub / Portal Directing To Classic Approval Page Rather Than To Fluid Approval Page For FSCM AWE Transactions. (Doc ID 2426779.1)

On : PT 8.55 FSCM 9.2, Fluid

iHub / Portal is used to access PeopleSoft Finance  Application.

The Push Notification functionality from iHub / Portal is redirecting to classic Approval Page from Portal environment. Whereas, when Push Notification is used in FSCM Users are redirected correctly to the Fluid Approval pages

Expectation is that when Push Notification is used from iHub / Portal, the User will be directed to the Fluid Approval page in FSCM to complete the transaction.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to PIA in iHub / Portal as user with FSCM AWE Approvals assigned
2. Click the Push Notification flag.
3. Select an action.
4. Observe classic Approval Page is displayed.
