Goal

Item types were used to post charges to student accounts.   These item types have been in existence for awhile but not used.  When the Generate Accounting Entries process (SFPGLINT) ran, it created accounting lines with a set of chartfields that were not on the item type setup.  These chartfields were no longer active and prevented the accounting lines from being journalled.

The item type setup is correct.  What could cause old, inactive chartfields to be used by the Generate Accounting Line process?
