Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
EOAW_NEM_PRC is running forever . Escalations process has been running for more than 15 hours since last night in HCM.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
EOAW_NEM_PRC should not run forever
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Transaction has routed to Approver A. Approver A did not take any action for 7 days.
2) Escalation process should route the transaction to Approver B.
3) Approver B has set delegation to Approver C.
4) After 7 more days the escalation process is running in a loop.
