Goal

While PeopleBooks provide help pages for most of the PIA online pages, there are PIA pages that simply do not have help pages associated with them.

How to determine whether a PIA page has a Help page associated with it?

Assumptions: The Web Profile's Help Link URL is set up, and pointing to the current PeopleBooks. For more information on setting it up, see the following document.
