GP UK: RTI Adjustment Displayed Against Incorrect Identifier In EYU (Doc ID 2427069.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While attempting to submit an EYU in relation to a pension adjustment for 2017, the values within the RTI adjustment screen appear to be displayed the wrong way round on the EYU submission XML file.
If the same process is run via the txt or gff format it is correct.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Values should be correctly reported against each XML node. 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a positive adjustment for 2017 year in RTI adjustments page against Pension Contributions not net and a negative adjustment of the same value against the EE Pension Contributions field.
2. Go to Process RTI GBR page and select EYU for tax year 2017. Select employee's pay entity and file type of BOTH.
3. Tick the compress XML box and enter the version number used within the RTI Adjustments page at step 1.
4. Click on Run.
5. Review output of both files.
