ETL9.2: Template010 Is Processing TRCs in a Different Order in 9.1 Vs 9.2. (Doc ID 2427887.1)

Symptoms

Unexpected order of replacing TRCs in Overtime rule (in 9.2) .

1. REG - Set as “No Comp Time Effect”
2. TRCs - marked as “Leave Taken”
3. TRCs - marked as “Avoid Replace by Rules”

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expected result would be Daily/Weekly Overtime would replace in the following order (as it works in 9.1):

1. REG - Set as “No Comp Time Effect”
2. TRCs - marked as “Avoid Replace by Rules”
3. TRCs - marked as “Leave Taken”>

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Daily overtime – TRC Replace issue.
2. TRCs setup:

TRC REG - marked as “No Comp Time Effect”
TRG - marked as “Avoid Replace by Rules”
PTI - marked as “Leave Taken”

3. The employee hits 8 hours daily threshold, and the daily overtime rule converts PTI (Set as “Leave Taken” TRC) instead of TRG (Set as “Avoid Replace by Rules.”) in example below:

a). Time reported on 7/6 (week 7/2 - 7/8):
6 hrs TRG
3 hrs PTI
The Total of 9 hrs
b). Tempalte010 rule set with the threshold = 8 hrs to replace over 8 with TRC OVT.
c). The rule replaced the PTI not TRG
