On : 9.1 version, Online Marketing

ISSUE
---------------
Emails are not been sent out from a dialog



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a dialog
2. Set audience and try testing the dialog
3. "Email Report" shows that the Emails are in "Queued"
