ELM 9.2: SCORM 1.2 Content Launched from Fluid Tile using Mozilla or Chrome Browsers, Progress Bar and Raw Score Not Updated for Learner (Doc ID 2429001.1)

Symptoms

When the Learner launches SCORM 1.2 Content from Fluid page using Mozilla or Chrome Browsers,  the Progress bar shows 0% Completed and not updated although the Learner failed the Content.  

After the Learner clicks on Exit in order to close the content, within the Learning Center the Class shows still In-Progress. 

And the Learner's raw score for the content was not updated on the PS_LM_TRACK_STUDNT record.


Steps to Replicate Issue: 

  1. Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Classes: setup a web-based class with SCORM 1.2 content
  2. Fluid Homepage > Learning Center > My Learning: Launch the course
  3. Take the course
  4. Click on Exit, Progress Bar and Raw Score are not been updated
