Symptoms

Supplier Registration -- Check Duplicate IDs setup working incorrectly

Customer has multiple Supplier Request Templates configured and each template has different option for "Check Duplicate IDs" field.

When user registers suppliers, system is not looking at the "Check Duplicate IDs" value on Supplier Request Template but is looks at "Supplier Request System Setup -- Check Duplicate IDs value" and this setting is getting applied to all templates in the system.
As they have different option for "Check Duplicate IDs" field on multiple templates they are expecting system to look at set respective Supplier Request Templates not on Supplier Request System Setup.
