Symptoms
On : 9.2 version,
PER022 report goes to success without any data.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigating to Workforce Administration -> Workforce Reports -> Create As-Of-Date report, selected current date
2. Select EEo-5 Job Analysis(PER022)
3. Run the process and it is successfully posted
4. Output logs & file generated with Blank pdf file, without any data
