ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the print options is changed on the Direct Deposit page in Fluid, the email notification is not sent

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
An email notification should be sent from the Direct Deposit page when the print option is turned on or off

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
With fluid enabled:

- Add in the email to PS user for the test email address
- Add in the XMLP report developer role to the user
- Add in the notify check box for the role

- Add in the direct deposit > Set Up HCM, > Product Related, > Payroll for
North America, > Payroll Processing Controls, > Direct Deposit Controls.

- Select notify for Administrator with the role of : XMLP report developer

- Then in Employee self service, create a deposit account
- Edit the account, an email is sent
- Select the print option from on to off (and vice versa), no email is sent

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, administrators cannot track how many changes are made and users cannot verify if the change was actually made
