My Team Related Actions Looks At Row Level Security Even If Component Is Set To Look At Reports To B (Doc ID 2429755.1)

Symptoms

Related actions links under My Team (tile) > Job and Personal Information goes missing if user does not have Row level security to the employee. This is happening even with the Related actions setup to work for reports to by position.
 
STEPS
-----------------------

1.   Login as an Administrator with access to Row level Security HDPALL 
2.   Click on My Team tile and click on Related actions > 'Job and Personal Information' 
3.   User sees all the delivered Related Actions under 'Job and Personal Information'
4.   Remove the row level security on PS. 
5.   Run row level security synch Refresh_SJT_OPR_CLS. 
6.   Goto Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Direct Reports for Manager > Configure Direct Reports UI. Search for HR_MSS_CT_FL and click on Configure 
7.   Set Component HR_MSS_CT_FL from  to Report by  'By Part Posn Mgmt Supervisor"  to 'By Dept Security Tree' and Save 
8.   Check that Component HR_DR_TEAM_FLU for My Team is set for 'By PartPosn Mgmt Supervisor'
9.   Goto Homepage > My Team Tile > Related Actions > Job and Personal Information 
10. Observe that only View Personal Info is present.
