Performance issue on Compensation History Chart page for employee with multiple employee record (Doc ID 2429927.1)

On : 9.2 version, HR Upgrade

An employee with multiple Jobs cannot view the Compensation History chart in the self-service. The employee is signed out of the system before the page is rendered.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Employee with multiple jobs
2. Navigate to Main Menu >> Self Service >> Payroll and Compensation >> Compensation History
2. Click on the Compensation History Chart icon.
3. Timeout happens before the page is rendered.
