On :  HCM 9.2 version, PeopleTools 8.56.06, Recruiting

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When testing Recruiting module, receive error message and cannot Route Applicant either via clicking on “Route Applicant” icon/button or selecting Route Applicant from“Group Action” drop down list.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Ability to route applicant

STEPS
-----------------------
Please see below for error messages and steps to replicate the errors.
1) Log in HCM92 (PeopleTools 8.56.06)
2) Navigate to: Recruiting => Find Job Openings  
3) Search for Job Opening ID
4) Click on Job Opening
5) Click on “Route” button of any Applicant row
6) Got different error messages depending on “Disposition” type
a. If Disposition = “Reject” or “Route”, got error:
