Symptoms

Environment:

PT : 8.55.11
HCM
Issue is happening in Production environment
Load Balancer is in place.


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Signout takes too long to reach the logout page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The signout should take the user to the logout page immediately.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login
2. Click Signout
3. It takes a long time to reach the logout page
