ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

IB performance issue in TUMIAJ

IB in TUMIAJ is taking a long time to process records while doing Bundle 49 testing in that instance.

Two service operations UM_OIM_VERIFYUSER and UM_OIM_CREATEACCT. Both have the same connector properties (connect to the same URL in a QA server).
The process that invokes these two service operations:
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Performance on TUMIAJ should be reasonable


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Ran in SUMI2J in 18 minutes and processed 1102 records
2. Ran in TUMIAJ in almost 5 hours and processed 1084 records.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run processes in a timely fashion.
