Goal

Will JOB.PAY_UNION_FEE description be changing as a result of US Supreme Count Janus decision?

Currently, on panel Job Data, Job Labor tab, the description for the JOB.PAY_UNION_FEE checkbox is "Pay Union Fee". Y (checked) means the employee is not a union member and pays union fess, and N (unchecked) means the employee is a union member and pays union dues. In light of the Janus v. AFSCME verdict on 6/27, however, employees no longer have to pay union fees. So the description "Pay Union Fees" is no longer appropriate.

Do you anticipate changing the verbiage of the field description for US customers, to something more meaningful, like "Non Union Member".
