EMM: SetCursorPos page WM_WO_HDR not found in component With Header Asset Required Checked ON (Doc ID 2430752.1)

On : 9.2 version 27, Work Order


While having the Header Asset Required checkbox checked on the Work Order Business Unit Definition page,  Receiving the below error when creating a work order using the Quick Work Order Fluid page in Mobile Technician:


SetCursorPos page WM_WO_HDR not found in component.
WM_UTILITIES.UserInterface.AssetDisplay.OnExecute Name:IsAssetRequired PCPC:8859 Statement:174
Called from:WM_WO.Controllers.WmWOHandler.OnExecute Name:WOHdr_SaveEdit Statement:983
Called from:WM_WO_FL.GBL.WM_WO_HDR.SaveEdit Statement:1
The built-in function SetCursorPos has specified a page that is not defined in the current component, or that is not permitted to the current operator.

Review the PeopleCode and correct.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

o Set Header Asset for Work Order to Required for Business Unit:
o Navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Business Unit Related > Maintenance Management > Work Order Definition
o Search Business Unit US0001
o Check Header Asset Required in Business Unit Setup Options
o Create Work Order using Quick Work Order Mobile Technician:
o Fluid Home > Mobile Technician > Quick Work Order > Add Work Order
o Create Work Order:
o Assign asset:
o Click Save. Error message is displayed:
