On : 9 version, Academic Advisement Self Service

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Student is presented with a search page when trying to access Advising Notes from the Student Center. This occurs when the student's primary permission list is set to HCCPCSSA1010, the student self service permission list. If the primary permission list is change to HCPPALL, then the student can access the Advising Notes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the student to be able to access the Advising Notes when the primary permission list is HCCPCSSA1010.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to self service as a student and navigate to the Student Center.
2. Select Advising Notes from the drop down box in the Academics section.
3. A search page is presented with no values found.
